I love it when things can be done hassle-free online. Yup, it saves time and you can skip all the inconvenience of -

1. Driving through the traffic to go to whereever it is that you intend to go to just renew the road tax for your car;
2. Lining up with a few others who are going to renew their road tax as well;
3. Being so blur as to how and what to do with to renew your road tax;
4. Paying a runner to do it for you.

Yup, with this service that is currently provided my My E. G. Services, everything is at the convenient of your finger tips, literally putting it.

Here’s my worth-sharing experience. The road tax for my car is about to expiry tomorrow, 11 November 2008. Just last night, 9 November 2008, I went online to My E. G. website to renew the road tax. (Yes, it was so last minute, I know. That’s me lah…  :/ )

Fully anticipating that the earliest I would be able to get the new road tax would be in a week time, I was shocked when I received a call from the receptionist in my office, informing me that somebody from My E. G. is here to see me. I literally shocked and suprised that I exclaimed through the phone, “Oh, that must be my Road Tax!”. And yup, true enough, it was the Road Tax, delivered straight to my office in less than 24 hour!!! Now, that’s what I call as efficiency in service! - FAST, RELIABLE & ACCURATE! Thumbs up for the efficient service!
